The timeline varies depending on the scope and complexity of the project. Typically, we work closely with clients to establish clear deadlines and milestones to ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.

Your data’s privacy is very important to us! We keep most data on local servers that only our top administrators and editors have access to. After a project is completed we archive the file to an offline data disk. We do not share client data or information to anyone who doesn’t need it as it relates to the project; and we certainly don’t sell your information to anyone, no exceptions.

The vast majority of projects are completed with online delivery through a personal private link to your own gallery of images and/or video review page. From there you can download the files directly to your local computer, tablet or phone, or link directly from our hosting service to direct people to that work.

Absolutely! Everything we do is a tailored fit to your needs as well as your budget, in order to ensure your vision is brought to life effectively.

Yes we can! We do our best to accommodate all deadline request no matter how tight.

• Smaller projects requiring one or two people often at no additional fee.
• For larger projects that subvert a major part of our team for several days, weeks or months, there will likely be a minor fee to accommodate the request.

*Although we can make these accommodations, we do our best to prevent “leap-frogging” any current client projects in the pipeline, if we feel a current client’s deadline would ultimately be in jeopardy we will have to refuse the project or request a different deadline that works in our schedule.

Totally! We always strive to get it right the first time but anticipate revisions to be made after initial drafts are sent out. Your satisfaction is our priority!
